    We are looking for an Office Admin in San Bernardino! Responsibilities answering phone calls zoom management scheduling appointments obtaining/tracking payments from clients following up with clients updating paperwork maintaining documents filing and organizing digital charts word processing greeting clients general office clerk duties and errands Service tracking and invoice creation Requirements * High school diploma (minimum) Valid driver's license Experience in medical office or in a related field preferred Strong writing skills Great communication skills Ability to work well under limited supervision 1 year of customer service experience Job Type: Part-time / Full - time

    At Clay Counseling Foundation, volunteers play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide mental health services to underserved communities. To ensure that we are able to provide culturally competent care, we require our volunteers to have a strong understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences, as well as sensitivity to the unique needs of marginalized populations. Volunteers should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. QUALIFICATIONS Strong understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences Sensitivity to the unique needs of marginalized populations Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team A passion for working in a culturally proficient organization The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Must be detail oriented and have the ability to complete documentation in a timely manner Excellent time management, organizational and follow through skills A demonstrated ability to multi-task, is detail oriented and have excellent follow through Effective communication skills in delivering material DUTIES Assisting with community outreach Organizing support groups Providing administrative support for programs Handling correspondence and communications, including emails and phone calls Maintaining and updating databases and records Scheduling outreach appointments and meetings Preparing materials for meetings or events Assisting with filing and organization of documents Managing inventory of office supplies Supporting the coordination of volunteer schedules and activities
